Harris Valuation is a commercial real estate advisory services company that strives to provide credible and meaningful information to facilitate and assist the client in making sound decisions. Client advisory services are provided for real estate lending and collateral evaluation, estate and tax planning, asset evaluation, and dispute resolution.

Valuation services include commercial real estate appraisal and appraisal review, market and feasibility studies, and litigation support. All appraisal services are performed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and the Code of Professional Ethics of the Appraisal Institute.

Based in Enumclaw, service areas include all of Washington State with an emphasis on the Puget Sound region, Central Washington, and the Olympic Peninsula.

Joe has been providing valuation services in the Puget Sound region for over 30 years. In 2013, he founded Harris Valuation to provide exceptional service exceeding client expectations. Joe has a real estate background that includes a wide range of experience with multiple property types. His specialized experience includes analysis of highest and best use, and the various stages of the development process from obtaining entitlements through construction and stabilized occupancy. Experience also includes preparing cash flow projections for master planned communities.

Joe began residential property appraising in 1992 and commercial property appraising in 1994, receiving his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2004. He holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington University and graduate degree from University of Southern California, and has held teaching positions in higher education. Joe is listed on the Appraisal Institute Valuation of the Components of a Business Enterprise professional development program registry. His past volunteer positions include External Relations Committee Chair for the Appraisal Institute Seattle Chapter.
